Poster Presentation
Poster Details
Posters will be displayed two per side on shared boards. Boards will be double-sided.
Maximum poster size:
46.5" W × 36" H, landscape orientation
Recommended poster size:
44–45" W × 34–35" H, landscape orientation
Poster Setup
Wednesday, August 26, 2026, prior to the opening reception; or Thursday, August 27, 2026, before the morning break.
Location: Peter Gilgan Centre for Research & Learning (SickKids), 686 Bay Street, 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON
Presentation Times
Final poster presentation times will be posted once scheduling is complete. Presenters will receive additional logistics and technical details closer to the meeting.
Mounting Materials
Mounting materials will be available onsite. Presenters are encouraged to bring a small backup supply of push pins or Velcro, if preferred.
Printing
Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own poster. Onsite printing will not be available.
Poster Removal
Posters should be removed at the end of the assigned poster display period. Any posters left behind after the meeting may be discarded.
